しがないゲームクリエイターのマットは、メキシコで連邦警察やCIA、悪党たちに追われていた。数時間前、空港で偶然出会った友人のトニーに酔い潰され、世界の命運を握る極秘ファイルを知らないうちに運ばされていたのだ。追い詰められたマットの前に現れたのは、ルール無用の美人CIAアドリアナだった!
マットは、アドリアナからトニーがマットに何らかの方法で極秘ファイルをメキシコに持ち込ませテロリストに売ろうとしていること、そしてCIAの中にも裏切り者がいることを聞かされる。
すべてを知ったマットは、自ら銃を手に取り戦うことを決意。ゲームオタクのダメ男から、シューティングゲームで鍛えた射撃テクニックが覚醒した最強のマット。世界を救い、ヒーローになれるのか?
