「相違」は当たり前だし、ぶつかる事もあると思います。


そんな時、大切なのが「対話を諦めない」と言う事。

「あいつの考えは理解できない」
「あの人の言っている事は間違っている」

これ事態は自然な感情。
そして、無理に相手の意見に従う必要もありません。
※自分の人生は自分で決める。これが基本。

しかし。
大切なのは、それを踏まえた上で、
それでもCommunication（意思疎通）を続ける事。

「違う意見」「違う考え方」をお互いに伝え合ってこそ、
見えてくる「世界」があると思っています。
※所謂「第三の意見」。

きれい事かもしれませんが、
全ての争いごとは「否定」を「意思疎通」に変えるだけで
少しずつ良い方向へ向かっていくのではないか、と思います。
