MUGG ( https://tasvideos.org/Users/Profile/MUGG) here improves on their previous "hard mode" run by 7 seconds when taking emulator differences into account. Hard mode is accessed after beating the game once and adds a lot more enemies. Minor optimizations in various levels were made, and a scrolling bug was used in Level 4-2 to move a slow-moving platform out of the way to save half a second.

Note: This movie begins from a save state from the end of regular mode in order to access hard mode. There is no other way to access it outside of a hack. We normally do not accept movies which begin from a save state.

Kirby's Dream Land is a classic platforming game for the Game Boy and the first game in the long-running Kirby franchise. As it is the first game, it lacks certain established elements, most notably Kirby's signature ability to gain the abilities of the characters he eats. In the magical place known as Dream Land, the self-appointed King Dedede has stolen all of his subjects' food for a midnight feast. Kirby now bravely sets out to stop the gluttonous penguin and recover the food.

DarkRilou27 ( https://tasvideos.org/Users/Profile/D... ) and MUGG ( https://tasvideos.org/Users/Profile/MUGG ) combine their efforts for this to create a run that saves 16 seconds over the previous run thanks to many optimizations that reduce lag and manipulate enemy movement and attack patterns, among others. Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga is a role-playing video game developed by AlphaDream and published by Nintendo for the Nintendo Game Boy Advance in 2003. It follows Mario and Luigi as they travel to Beanbean Kingdom in order to restore Princess Peach's voice from the clutches of Cackletta, who plans to use her voice to activate the Beanstar and have her wish to conquer the Mushroom Kingdom granted.
