The Grand Prix is divided into three stages: the 1st and 2nd qualifying heats (2 races each) and the Final Grand Prix (4 races). We must complete the required laps for each race and finish in a qualifying position to advance to the next race. If we do not place high enough to qualify for the next race or we are not able to complete the race within the time limit, we must retire from the race.Vehicles use one of two styles of powersliding depending on the make of car they select: Drift and Grip. Drift cars require players to tap the brake once while turning to break into a smooth powerslide while Grip cars requires players to alternate between brakes and gas while turning to powerslide.
