🪞1. 準備
静かな部屋で、背筋を自然に伸ばして座ります。
目を閉じ、まずは8秒吐く → 7秒吸う → 4秒止める呼吸を数回繰り返します。
身体の力を抜き、呼吸のリズムに身を委ねてください。
☁️2. 「部屋」を感じる
自分が今いる部屋の空間を感じます。
壁、床、天井の“範囲”を意識しながら、
その中にただ自分が「存在している」ことを感じてください。
「私はこの空間の中に、ただ在る。」
🌬️3. 部屋の外へ
意識をゆっくりと部屋の外に広げていきます。
建物の外、街の空気、風の音を感じるように想像します。
身体は動かさず、意識だけが外へ拡がっていく感覚を味わってください。
「私はこの部屋を超えて、世界の空気とつながっている。」
🌌4. 空を越えて
次に、意識がゆっくりと上昇し、空へと昇っていくイメージを持ちます。
雲の上、青空、そして大気圏を抜けて、宇宙の静寂へ。
そこには音も形もなく、ただ“無限の静けさ”があります。
「私は空を超え、宇宙の静寂とひとつになる。」
✨5. 無限の視点を感じる
宇宙空間から、地球全体を見下ろすイメージを浮かべてください。
自分という存在の小ささ、そして生命の尊さを感じます。
個の境界が薄まり、すべてとつながっている感覚が訪れます。
「私は地球であり、空であり、すべての存在の一部である。」

再び意識をゆっくりと部屋の中、自分の身体へ戻します。
