1.) ウォゥウォゥ言う
うぉーぅーぉーぅーぉーぅーぉーーーーー。と、息と声を出したまま、唇とあごをヌルっと動かしながら、ウとオの間を行き来します。

2.) 途中で止める
狙いの音は　「ぅ」と「ぉ」の間にいますので、あぶり出します(笑) うぉーぅーぉーʊーぅーʊ ーぉー、となっていますので、ウにもオにも聞こえない一瞬を見つけ、そこで止まります。そのまま何度か声を出してみて、ʊ らしい変な音を見つけたら、それです。
